& Off-Axis Calibration System

Rotary and Off-Axis Calibration system is a high accuracy
manual calibration system for performing on-axis calibration
of rotaries, and off-axis calibration of Trunion mounted
rotaries and spindles. On-axis calibration is performed
using the Renishaw XL80 or Renishaw ML10 laser, utilizing angular optics.
Off-axis calibration is performed utilizing the Mahr
Federal Electron Levels.
The A.G. Davis Rotary Calibrator is a master circle
divider used in the angular calibration of rotary devices.
It features a serrated tooth (Hirth) coupling. This
is the fundamental design element, providing incredible
repeatability and the ultimate in accuracy. Used in
conjunction with the Renishaw XL80 Laser
Interferometer System or Mahr Federal Electronic Levels,
the A.G. Davis Rotary Calibrator will give your machine
tool inspection requirements the versatility, accuracy,
