Mini
Now that
you have gone though the trouble and expense of adding
probing to your CNC Machining Center, how accurately
can it measure. This highly accurate certified master
enables the measurement performance of the integrated
machine and probing system to be registered, documented
and controlled during calibration certification. This
gage is ideally suited for performing periodic checks
on CNC machines to insure their measurement systems
are performing properly.
Available in two lengths:
- 210mm: 11 Cylindrical
gage blocks with 22 contact faces (Order #MDC-1000-20)
- 310mm: 16 cylindrical
gage blocks with 32 contact faces. (Order # MDC-1000-21)
Both kits include gage,
base, swivel (Ten-Degree Increments, Horizontal to Vertical)
and an aluminum transport/storage case for gage and
accessories.
